This area is located in the north part of pardis new town and in phase 4. The main challenge of this project was land slop of this part of the town and special shapes of land, allocated to this project. Land provision of this site was prepared and present in two phases. In first phase, master plan was consistent to the site and according to some needs; some changes were applied in suggestion, in a way that possibility of implementation of recommendations would be provided. The second phase of this project was done in collaboration of urban design and civil engenders. And despite of land slop, access to every block was properly supplied and also implementation of streets was donning with least amount of earth work.
